1.What is the delivery time?
For 30 days after signing the contract and receiving 30% prepayment.

2.Why "zero leakage" may occur?
Zero voltage means, that the chain is broken. Zero voltage can be caused by several reasons:
1.Break of pole terminal.
2.Separator friction defects.
3.Terminal welding defects.

3.How to determine battery quality?
First check the battery for breaks, short circuits or housing damage. If no external defects are found, It is necessary to use known measurement methods to check the battery capacity, to identify the problem.

4. What signs indicate a bad battery??
1. Decreased performance.
2. Low voltage.
3. Inability to charge/recharge.
4. Bloating of the body.
5.Acid corrosion.

5.How to care for your battery?
When the battery is not in use, it should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated and dark place, with full charge, recharging every 3 or 6 months.

6.Operating temperature:
Discharge: -15–40°C
Charger: 0–40°C
Storage: -15–40°C

7.What are your terms of payment?
30% prepayment, 70% balance payable on copy of bill of lading/70% balance payable before shipping via T/T. We will show you pictures of the product and packaging before you pay the balance.

8.Is it possible to print logo on the battery cover?
Yes, OEM service possible, we provide as ODM, and OEM services. We can print your logo on the battery case according to your requirements.

9.What warranty do you provide?
Warranty for MF/dry charge/EFB/AGM batteries: 1 year.
